Steven Cesarski, MSW, Supervisee In Social Work
Steve is a Supervisee in Social Work committed to earning his clinical license. Throughout his professional and educational experience, Steve has worked with diverse populations to navigate various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, grief, substance use, and trauma. Steve keeps equity and social justice at the forefront of his work and strives to help others recognize and utilize their inherent power to meet their personal and therapeutic goals.
Steve believes that therapy is as unique as the individual. He prides himself in catering his therapeutic approach to the individual needs of the client by providing a safe space to explore one’s emotions and creating personalized treatment plans.
He earned his Master’s Degree in Social Work from Stony Brook University in 2021, where he focused on Community, Policy, and Political Social Action. In 2019, Steve graduated from the University of the District of Columbia with his Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work where he provided individual counseling in a high school setting.
In his free time, Steve enjoys getting lost in nature, thumbing through record bins, baking, and watching hockey.
