Her experience includes providing therapy to children, adolescents and young adults on the autism spectrum, along with those struggling with depression, anxiety, difficult social interactions, family discord, behavioral issues, ADHD, change, divorce, grief/loss, and trauma. Over the years she has provided guidance to parents and school staff, directly advocating for support in the development and implementation of IEP and 504 plans on behalf of those who have experienced first-hand the challenges involved in navigating the educational system.

A message to potential clients from Alexi:

To families who are struggling, please know that you are not alone. Whether your child is having difficulty fitting in at school or is dealing with a past trauma, no issue is too big or small to seek help. My goal is to provide a positive, safe environment for children, families, and adults to learn, grow and feel supported. Every person is unique. I work to develop a relationship with each of my clients to understand which evidence-based approaches “click” with them and are most effective in dealing with the specific issues at hand. I utilize a variety of techniques to assist my clients in understanding their perspective, managing their emotions, and learning new skills to help them navigate the world around them. Life can be challenging, let’s work together to help you overcome adversity and thrive!
