Caitlin Schulz

Caitlin was born and raised in New York City, with her Dad as a FireFighter, and Mom an Administrator with Social Work. Their dedication to the community, in addition to being a small part of 9/11 made her want to help others. She Graduated Allegheny College in 2009 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. While in college she worked with Head Start which peaked her interest in working with children. She spent 6 ½ years working in a Residential Treatment Facility/School with girls 6–18.

She then spent 7 years in logistics and scheduling for a training company while raising her family. She moved to Virginia in 2017 and welcomed her second child in 2019.

Caitlin is excited to merge these two fields together of mental health and scheduling! Reaching out is the first step! She is excited to join Resilience Counseling and hopes to help others find the best counselor for their needs.
