THERAPIST
Kevin DiFazio, M.Ed., Resident In Counseling
Kevin DiFazio, Resident in Counseling, works with clients of all ages to help them discover and overcome the barriers to living as their ideal selves and how they might overcome those barriers to grow socially and emotionally.
Kevin works with children, teens, and adults to help them identify personal goals, develop skills and understanding about their experiences to be able to address their goals, and recognize how their past and present experiences have helped shape who they are today through a strengths-based approach. He finds particular joy in supporting adult clients with ADHD and related symptoms, and in working with clients struggling with imposter syndrome as they experience life transitions.
Kevin utilized an eclectic model of therapy, integrating skills from CBT, DBT, ACT, and solution focused therapies in his person-centered practice. He received his M.Ed in Counselor Education from the University of Virginia and is a Resident in Counseling in the state of Virginia. Kevin is LGBTQIA+ affirming and strives to create a therapeutic space that is welcoming for all clients. He works with clients ages 8 and up.
